TRIMBAKESHWAR SHIVA TEMPLE AND IT'S HISTORY(MAHARASHTRA)
Trimbakeshwar is a strict focus having one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The remarkable element of the Jyotirlinga situated here is its three countenances exemplifying Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Rudra. Because of the unreasonable utilization of water, the linga has begun to disintegrate. It is said that this disintegration represents the dissolving idea of human culture. The Lingas are secured by a jeweled crown which is put over the Gold Mask of Tridev (Brahma Vishnu Mahesh). The crown is supposed to be from the period of Pandavs and comprises of jewels, emeralds, and numerous valuable stones. The crown is shown each Monday from 4-5 pm (Shiv).
All different Jyotirlingas have Shiva as the principle divinity. The whole dark stone sanctuary is known for its engaging design and mold and is at the lower regions of a mountain called Brahmagiri. Three wellsprings of the Godavari start from the Brahmagiri mountain.
