Once on his approach to the town Vachala, where lived Chandkaushik, Mahavira heard that the individuals of the town close to the woods lived in total dread. Mahavira halted in the woodland where Chandkaushik lived and began contemplating.

Sentiments of harmony, serenity and worry for the prosperity of each living being streamed in Mahavira's heart. Then again, Chandkaushik, on experiencing Mahavira, murmured out of resentment, however, observed no indication of dread in him and this drove him crazier and he blew harmful venom at Mahavira multiple times, yet the Tirthankara was in the outright reflection act.

Presently Chandkaushik was truly distraught and focused on the entirety of his capacity and bit Mahavira's toe. He saw a white milk stream out of his toe. This was when Mahavira opened his eyes however was so quiet and humane. He took a gander at Chandkaushik and stated, 'Hello Chand, shant ho JA, shant ho Ja' and mentioned the cobra to beat his annoyance and harshness and rather, excuse and stay tranquil. Chandkaushik acquiesced and got quiet, and calmly withdrew back to his opening.

Moral; Peace and congruity in the public arena originate from the sentiment of affection and fairness of every single living being. This is the idea of Mahavira's peacefulness.
